Important: We do not collect your bank details, payment card numbers, or any financial account credentials. Smart Invoice Online does not process payments on your behalf.

Your invoice data, client records, and financial information are stored locally on your device using the device's built-in secure storage. We do not transmit this data to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud backup feature (currently available in the Premium plan only).
4.1 Local Storage Security
Data stored on your device is protected by your device's security mechanisms, including device encryption, screen lock protections, and application sandboxing enforced by the Android operating system.
4.2 Cloud Backup (Premium)
If you choose to enable cloud backup (Premium plan), your data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption before being stored on our secure servers.
4.3 Server-Side Security
Any data we do store server-side (such as support messages) is protected by:
Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission.
Access controls limiting who can view your data within our team.
Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Secure, reputable hosting providers with industry-standard certifications.
